A Chance To Play

A Chance To Play


Every student deserves a chance to play school sports. Ohio Interscholastic Adaptive Sports (OIAS), operating under Adaptive Sports Ohio, a leader in community-based and interscholastic opportunities, provides students with physical disabilities the ability to represent and compete for their school. This initiative ensures they are no longer sidelined, defined by their disabilities, or left out. Instead, students with physical disabilities experience all the benefits that interscholastic sports provide and, most of all, life change.



This program differs from Special Olympics and Unified Sports, which are geared towards individuals with cognitive disabilities.
